The central library have 8 valuable foreign e-journal databases in the field of Engineering science and technology include ASCE, ASME, ASTM, Elsevier, IEEE, J-Gate, McGraw Hill and Springer. The Institute has comfortable and well furnished residential facilities for all the students admitted to the various courses. There are 3 hostel blocks (halls of residence) for men and 1 for women with an inmate capacity of 483 and 172 respectively. For Ist year girls, separate accommodation is providing in the NSS Working women hostel, in front of the college. The atmosphere in these hostels give a feeling of 'home away from home'. Hostel rooms are spacious, which provides comfortable environment.
The Hostels are under direct control of the Warden and each hostel is having one or two members of the staff of the college as Assistant Wardens and they shall be responsible to all matters connected with the Hostel. The Warden shall have the power to frame standing orders/ rules to regulate internal matters and other details not explicitly covered by these rules. The Principal is the Ex Officio Chief Warden and his decisions shall be final in the interpretation of rules and all matters connected with the Hostel. Application for admission to hostels should be submitted in the prescribed form to the Warden.
Each student admitted to the hostel will be provided with essential furniture for which he/she should give a receipt and for the safety of which they shall be responsible. Hostel furniture shall not be removed from one room to other under any circumstances. Students should provide their own bedding and trunks to lock things in. The articles of furniture shall be returned and a receipt may be obtained at the time of leaving the hostel. Students can bring in other articles only on the written permission of the Warden. Each hostel is provided with a television, water cooler and kit for indoor games.
There is provision for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food in the mess. The mess shall be run on self management and dividing system under the supervision of the Hostel authorities. All major festivals are celebrated in the hostel with great fervour. Hostel day is celebrated with great enthusiasm. The cordiality between the seniors and the juniors lay the foundation for a conducive and friendly atmosphere.

The College is presently having 2 buses for transportation of students and staff residing in Palakkad Town and nearby areas. Buses are operated regularly on all working days of the college with convenient timings. In addition to daily trips, buses are made available to all academic/extra curricular tours/trips of students and staff.The Bus Facility is monitored by the College Bus Committee, which consists of Students, Staff and PTA representatives.

Campus Networking Cell (CNC) manages the internet infrastructure in the campus. The campus has a fiber optic backbone to provide internet facility. The institution is served by 100Mbps & 50 Mbps FTTH connectivity and 40 Mbps NMEICT by BSNL.
Common Internet Facility (CIF)
Common Internet Centre houses a browsing/ online test centre with 96 computers. The centre runs on LINUX platform. Various workshops for students are conducted here. This centre also offers facility to conduct on line examinations for placement activities. Students are given limited permission to use their laptops in the facility.
This facility is offered to students as a part of their academic activity as well as a support for students to improve their communication skills in English. ETNL Language Lab© with 20 student licenses is used for training.Canteen
College canteen is located at a easily accessible area to all departments. Variety of refreshments and meals available at the college canteen at affordable rates. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accommodate students and staff even during peak time. It tends to be the most popular place on campus, not only for physical refreshment but also for student bonding, discussions and even work on assignments and projects.
College has a well furnished auditorium, located in the main block. It has a seating capacity of 800 audiences. The auditorium is used for activities such as seminars, guest lectures, cultural activities,important functions and meetings of students and faculties, department functions and other events. The auditoriums are equipped with latest public addressing,LCD projectors and comfortable seats.
The college has 1 main Seminar Hall and 5 departmental seminar halls. All are aesthetically designed. The seminar hall is facilitated with the latest technology and is well – equipped with multimedia projectors. which provides a special ambiance for every event. It makes possible an ideal setting for carrying out various conferences and delivering lectures. Each has a seating capacity of 100 people. Each seat is equipped with a pull-out writing ‘tablet’ to support note-taking.
There is an Outdoor Stadium with 400 m tracks for Atheletics (and the same is being used for Cricket, Football and Hockey.) Volley ball Court, Basket ball Court, Ball badminton and Tennis Courts are also available. There is an indoor court for Shuttle Badminton and Table Tennis.
